Stainless Steel Fittings Connection type

The ring pressure pipe is divided into a stable section and sealing section at the socket. The port of the sealing section is not closed until the compression is removed. When connecting, put the sealing ring on the straight pipe into the socket , use a special tool to apply pressure to joint between the pipe fiting and the pipe joint engage each other to form a closed sealed cavity. The volume of the sealed cavity is futher compressed, so that the sealing material is fully filled into the entire cavity to achieve sealing.

The double- clamping pipe fitting contains an embedded O-shaped sealing ring, and the straight pipe is inserted into the seal tightly. Then, a special double-clamping tool is used to compress the double-clamping pipe fitting and the straight pipe to achieve a rigid contraction deformation loack and a firm connection.

The Socket Welding Connection uses the reduced diameter root of the socket pipe fitting to locate, and the straight pipe is quickly inserted to increase the rigidity of the pipe fitting connection part, and then the pipe fitting and the pipe are welded firmly to the port part.

FST Pipe's newly developed hoop type connector uses hoop plates and sealing rings to form a whole, so as to achieve a good seal and a firm connection. The sealing ring is a contact seal, making it more reliable.At the same time, the hoop - connected pipe is in surface contact with the pipe fittings , and the extension edge can well absorb the external force .
